On the holding of the first phase of “My words to the school” postgraduate seminar notification

  To build the platform which can help postgraduates communicate with the leadership of SOUTHWEST JIAOTONG UNIVERSITY (SWJTU) and broaden the channel to let them into the participation of democratic management of SWJTU, the student union of postgraduates will hold the seminar named “My words to the school” regularly from this semester. In the form of the seminar, the student union will pick up several representatives from those who apply to talk to the leadership face to face, concerning the topics about the postgraduate development, the study, the service, the campus management and the campus culture. Postgraduates volunteer, and we will call on the participants from the whole university.
   The first seminar will be held during the Youth Day, following the theme “Study on campus”. Postgraduates can reflect and pour out the issues, difficulties and suggestions to the leadership intensively, also concerning the topics about the postgraduate development, the study, the instructions of professors. We are supposed to feedback the information on time.

   20-30 postgraduates will be selected as representatives to communicate with the leadership face to face base on their proposals. Those who join can obtain a mall gift from us.
