【Announcement】Employ students as general manager assistant

The logistics department always observed the following basic norms at work:constantly striving to become stronger,serving and educating,aiming at providing faculty and students with first-rate service.In order to deepen the socialized reform of the logistics department,strengthen the communication and understanding between the students and the department and improve the quality of service,the logistics department employed 3 students in 2005 and 2006 and 4 students in 2007,2008,2010 and 2012 as general manager assistants,which has further strengthen the relation between students and the department and has been a big success.Because of the expiration of the employment of the 4 students,our department decide to continue employing students in our university as general manager assistant.Hereby notify the related matters as follows.

 

1.Position

Four general manager assistants of logistics department.

 

2.Employment Object and Requirements

a.Object

3 undergraduate students among freshman,sophomore and junior in Xipu and 1 graduate student in Jiuli.

 

b.Requirements

You should obey the rules and regulations of the university.

Professional ethics,service awareness and pioneering spirit.

Good school performance.

Voluntary dedication to the management and development of the logistics department.

Willingness to serve the students.

Good sociability and coordinate ability.

Strong writing and oral expression ability.

Quickly reflection of the opinions of the students.

Be a very good grasp of the ideological trend of the students.

 

3.Management

If you are hired,your working hours is flexible but you should work in the logistics department at least half of a day every week with 2000 yuan per year as payment.The period of appointment is from Nov.2014 to Jun.2016.

 

4.Responsibilities

1.Workig as an adviser,you are in charge of the communication between students and the logistics department.

2.You should attend internal meetings which are related to quality of service and have some ralated discussions.

3.You should assist our department do some survey and research,and make valuable proposals and reasonable suggestions about the development of our department.

4.As a student representative,you need supervise and check the service of the logistics department and report it regularly.

5.You need assist the office to manage the website of the logistics department.

6.You need assist related departments instruct the work of the Board Management Committee,Students’ Dormitory Management Committee and Energy Conservation Society.

7.You should write at least 2 investigation report every semester.

a.Personal application.

c.First trial of the logistics department.

d.Public reply.

e.Comprehensive evaluation
