Take Care of the Blind —The 31th White Cane Safety Day

Dear students,

Today is the 31th White Cane Safety Day. In order to make life more convenient for the blind people,we make the following proposals to all students.

First, when we meet blind people in the street,please actively help them.When leading them cross the road,please make them hold your elbows and do not pull or push them.

Second,when we are out,do not walk in the sidewalk for the blind and discourage others from walking on it or  damaging it.

Third,when we are on the public transportation means,do not occupy the courtesy seats and when meeting the blind please actively offer our seats to them.When emergency situation happens,we should help them leave safely.

Fourth,we should make suggestions for the construction of public facilities such as the design of accessible elevator and use our wit to provide more convenience for the blind.

Fifth, do not discriminate against the blind and carry out social practice related to the blind in spare tiome to make them more integrate into the society through our love.

Dear students, let us take  care of the  blind and make efforts jointly to make the world a better place for the blind and make it full of love!
