The Result of Weekend Activities of Social Practice

The College Youth League branch, weekend social practice team:

The third batches of weekend activities of social practice application materials in the second semester of 2013-2014 have been approved, detailed in the attachment

 

The expenditure for the weekend activities will send once and to the bank cards on 20th of May approximately. Please check it.

 

All the members in the weekend activities should sign the “Southwest Jiaotong University weekend social practice safety undertaking” and buy the insurance. All the College Youth League branches and weekend social practice teams should send the insurance policy and “Southwest Jiaotong University weekend social practice safety undertaking” to Li Na（teacher）in the office 601. Members without those would not be allowed to do the activities.

 

After the activities, all the College Youth League branches and weekend social practice teams should send the conclusion of the activities and the invoices before the June 2rd, in order to check the achievement without exception.
